Experience 
Extensive Building Construction knowledge and Project supervision experience. Additional experience in Bermuda has involved budget costing of projects and full financial control. I am commercially focused and have good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills necessary to establish and maintain cooperative relationships throughout the ownership, consultants and construction team. I have worked extensively on my own initiative, but can equally work well as a team player. 

Duties include being responsible for:

Contract administration, including cost control and site supervision on contracts from inception to completion. 
Manage multiple projects with overall responsibility for the budget, schedule, and quality of each project. 

Development and management of project schedules. Throughout each project, monitor and control all project tasks within approved deadlines and to complete the project on schedule. 

Coordination of the complete project team including owners, government clients, building committees, municipal planners, regulatory departments, reviewing agencies and financial authorities

Preparation of contract documents, design coordination, architectural detailing, preparation of specifications, coordinate bidding process with owners or government representatives and incorporate relevant changes resulting from reviews. 

Administration of construction contracts, including communications with contractors, approval of submittals, negotiation and approval of change orders and payment requests. Represent the owner on site, monitor contractor operations for conformance to contract documents and applicable codes and laws, monitor work of inspectors and testing agencies, and assist contractor and design team in the resolution of technical and procedural problems

Upgrading of system to a 25-user operation and ongoing maintenance. Responsible for software licensing upgrades, installation, implementation and operator inquiries. Liaison with outsourced specialist in web site inception, upgrade of Firewall, File Server and Web/email server to Windows2000 and MS Exchange server for remote email access. Ongoing maintenance and hardware improvements. Research, analysis and Technical training in ArchiCAD 3D computer aided design software with a view to its full time implementation within the office.
