SERVICES & RATES Here are some of the services we can offer which can be on an hourly basis or a fixed fee depending on scope of work to be agreed. * COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN CAD SERVICES Design & development of new buildings as well as restoration, renovation and maintenance of existing buildings. 'As Built' drawings for record purposes or 'Operation & Maintenance Manuals'. 2D and 3D drawings as required. * SITE & BUILDING SURVEYS & LEVELLING •Determining the condition of existing buildings, identifying and analysing defects, including proposals for repair. •Prepare site and Building Surveys and Feasibility Studies. * SKETCH DESIGN AND DETAIL DESIGN SERVICES Sketch Design & Detail proposals to develop the brief and establish the Clients requirements and prepare Design, Technical and cost information. * PLANNING APPLICATIONS AND BUILDING PERMITS We can offer a full service to obtain Planning Permission and Buidling Permit Approvals in respect of your Renovations, New Build and all types of Commercial or Residential Development. * BID PROCESS FOR CONSTRUCTION Prepare and collate all tender documentation to enable competitive tenders to be obtained for the construction project. Advise on Contractor selection. Prepare Construction Drawings & Details for the General Contractor and the Sub-Contractors in the field. * PROJECT MANAGEMENT Advising clients on schemes and projects and determining requirements and scope of work. Construction administration including programming, cost and change control. Monitor construction in the field until completion We encourage you to contact us for a quote for your specific needs.
		Due to the unique nature of every construction project we are unable to provide fixed fee estimates for many of our services without a detailed review of the project. Customers may wish to work on an hourly basis in which case individual rates can be agreed which will be customised to the owners needs and the complexity of the project.
